More and more I have come to see that in all human relationships we spend most of our lives communicating, and trying to communicate. A successful relationship, whether parent-child, sibling to sibling, teacher-student, boss-employee, friend to friend, hinges on whether the two (or more parties) manage to come to a mutual understanding in a mutually agreed style of communication. In such a relationship, everyone involved knows exactly that the codes are, what each action/non-action, word or silence means. Finding the right style of communication with each of the classes.
